We regularly see homes, apartments and condos packed with garbage, rodent wastes and gross filth. We can coordinate events with the customer to remove and discard belongings from the home and then begin disinfecting services to the property. During the removal of trash from the property we separate items designated salvageable or heirloom items to the side for the customer. We always save important documents, items of value, and other personal items during a property clean-out. We typically have to order container dumpsters ranging from 10-40 yard containers before this work would begin. We have a list of references for this and any type of work we perform and have found numerous valuable possessions that customers never thought would be at some of these properties. We do provide complete privacy and discretion while at a job site to protect the sensitivity of the work and customer’s privacy.

Cost for this type of work depends on the work involved, size of property, size of container-dumpster(s) required and difficulty of the work. Most jobs start at $1000 and go up from there. If PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is needed for the job the cost will go up. An accurate cost for property-prep after the contents are removed can be provided also. Property-prep includes final sweeping, dusting, cob-web removal, etc.
